The service

JobLens is a job search preparation tool. It analyses jobs you provide, prepares materials from the profile you supply and helps you practise. It does not apply to jobs on your behalf, does not scrape other websites and does not guarantee interviews or offers.

Your account

Accounts are created after an access request is approved or by an administrator. Keep your password private. You are responsible for what you upload and must have the right to use it.

Credits

Each generation action uses one credit. Credits are prepaid, are not refundable once consumed and carry no cash value. Pack prices may change with notice.

Fair use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access other accounts, submit unlawful content or resell access without permission. We may suspend accounts that break these rules.

Accuracy

Generated materials are drafts grounded in the information you provide. Review everything before you send it to an employer. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you submit in applications.

Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for unused credits.

Changes

We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page. Continued use means acceptance of the updated terms.
